Project name: Sponge Titanium reducing/distillation furnace

   Client: Sponge Titanium branch of Panzhihua Iron & steel (Group) Co., Ltd

   Main contents: The project consists of 7 distillation furnaces and 4 reduction furnaces, all of which are well type and external heat type heating equipment. It is composed of pit heating furnace, air cooling system, smoke exhaust system, water cooling system, feeding system, heating main loop system and so on.

   Project advantages: In 2014, the sponge titanium branch of Panzhihua iron & steel group signed the first distillation furnace lining renovation project with our company, after our transforming, the furnaces saves energy more than 15%, saves heating time 3h.
