Main content: The equipment is used for vacuum bright annealing of nonferrous metal tape coil, wire and coil. The equipment consists of 1 set of heating cover, 1 set of cooling cover, 2 sets of annealing hearth, 1 set of vacuum pump and other auxiliary equipment. The temperature and processing is realized by PLC and monitored by HMI.
Economic index: heating time (including heating and holding) is 16h, cooling time is 10h, power consumption is 120kwh/t.
Project advantage: it is the first pre vacuum atmosphere protective annealing furnace of Titan roll in domestic.
