During the New Year's Day in 2017, the 12th molten aluminum furnace of the CSIC No.12 Research Institute was sent to the site.The good news from the site of the project that after three consecutive days of unremitting efforts by the project team members, the first furnace aluminum liquid was smoothly melted and cast, and the intermediate frequency power supply was working at a suitable frequency. Meet the customer's restrictions on the aluminum liquid  hump  in the smelting process.. In addition to the melting furnace, the functions of the heat temperature Maintaining equipment in this set of equipment have also been verified to fully meet the design requirements. Subsequently, in the second furnace trial production, the power output power reached the design requirements, and the equipment quality was recognized by the customer. The 12th 1t aluminum melting furnace of the  CSIC No.12 Research Institute was successfully tested.
