    Main contents: The equipment is mainly used for the distillation process of the core grade zirconium sponge process. The main function of the equipment is to distil the zirconium sponge produced by the reduction reaction to remove the impurities such as magnesium chloride and magnesium metal contained inside, so as to improve the purity of zirconium sponge.The equipment mainly includes heating furnace, vacuum system and corresponding electrical control system.

    Economic index: total heating time is 150h, cooling time is 50h, power consumption is 4000kwh/t.

    Project advantage: it is dometically the first sponge zirconium distillation furnace in nuclear area.
