    Main contents: The furnace group mainly includes: crucible melting casting furnace, hydraulic system, rectifier transformer, frequency conversion power supply, power supply water-water cooling unit, low-voltage distribution control system and other components. It is used for smelting and heat preservation of copper alloy, and continuously injecting copper liquid into a mould of a vertical semi-continuous casting unit to cast ingots of specified specifications.

    Economic index: melting rate: ≥1t/h, qualified ingots producing rate: 6 pcs per day.
