    Main contents: The project consists of 1 set of 7t melting furnace and 1 set of 14t holding furnace. Complete the melting of 7 tons of copper liquid in the intermediate frequency melting furnace, after the composition and temperature adjustment, qualified by pre-furnace analysis, slag extraction, transfer into the insulation furnace, in the insulation furnace after fine-tuning the composition and uniformity after the semi-continuous casting machine injected into the front room of the furnace casting ingots.

    The furnace group equipment mainly includes: melting furnace, holding furnace, hydraulic system, rectifier transformer, frequency conversion power supply, power supply water cooling unit, low-voltage distribution control system and other components.

    Economic index: power consumption of melting furnace:＜440KWh/t.
