         The establishment of "R&D Center" relies on EFI and CISDI. A complete ecological chain of scientific and technological innovation has been formed, Build up from theoretical research and laboratory research,and the experimental base to design application, factory practice the full chain of science and technology innovation.

       Based on the idea of building first-class R&D centers in China, allocating first-class R&D equipment, producing first-class achievements and training first-class talents, the R&D center has successively established "regulator laboratory", "power control laboratory", "vacuum furnace laboratory " and "induction heating laboratory" and pilot plant. More than ten sets of large-scale instruments and equipment are equipped. The construction of  R&D facilities provides good R&D conditions for technical R&D personnel, and lays a solid foundation for the smooth progress of scientific research projects and the popularization and application of achievements. We have successively completed the R&D and testing of many national and provincial and ministerial research projects.

        "R&d center" dedicated to the heat treatment industry of resistance furnace, induction melting ferrous and non-ferrous industry and induction heating equipment, such as engineering technology and new technology. At the same time, integrate and optimize its corollary equipment and develop its new technology, new equipment, new materials，To the domestic and foreign markets, and finally form the industrialization, solving the domestic and foreign enterprises demand for large electric equipment, replace imported products, reached the international advanced, the leading domestic level.

         On-line induction heating device and operation technology for billet heating before rolling; on-line induction heating device and operation technology for steel heating during rolling; on-line induction heating device and operation technology for steel heat treatment after rolling.

       Closely following international advanced technology, The research and development of induction smelting equipment and resistance trolley furnace, bell jar furnace, large well furnace equipment and operation technology will play an important role in the heat treatment of galvanized steel and steel (or ingot).
