    Main contents: This equipment is mainly used for the reduction process of the nuclear grade zirconium sponge process. Its main function is to provide the necessary heat for the reaction of magnesium and zirconium tetrachloride required for the reduction reaction, so that the reduction reaction can continue to generate the primary zirconium sponge and the mixed products of magnesium chloride and magnesium metal. The equipment mainly includes heating furnace and corresponding electrical control system.

    Economic index: total heating time is 150h, cooling time is 50h, power consumption is 4000kwh/t.

    Project advantage: it is domestically the first sponge zirconium reductionfurnace in nuclear area.
