Main contents: The project consists of a 4.5t melting furnace, a 4.5t holding furnace and supporting equipment, which are melted by the melting furnace, homogenized and poured by the holding furnace.
Melting furnace: effective capacity: 4.5t, inductor power: 900kW, melting rate of the melting furnace: ≥2.5t/h.
Holding furnace: effective capacity: 4.5t, inductor capacity: 400kW, heating rate:≥100℃/h
Project advantages: the project adopts melting furnace for melting and holding furnace for casting, which greatly improves the production efficiency. Low oxygen content in casted copper.
